Warranty Coverage

Malaz House offers a one-year limited warranty on all furniture products from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered

  • Defective materials
  • Workmanship errors

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., moisture, direct sunlight, heat)
  • Any alterations or modifications made to the product after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at warranty@malazhouse.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  3. Include photographs of the defect or damage.

Warranty Resolution

Upon receiving your claim, our team will review the information and determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage. If it does, we will:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable item, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund at our discretion

Additional Information

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.
