Malazhouse Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Egypt.
Any shipments outside of these regions Shipping Fees will be calculated with the customer support Agent and will be charged additional.

3. Delivery Time

► Delivery for Most Products between 7-14 working
► Delivery for Room Set between 14-21 working days
► Delivery for Wardrobes/Dressing Room between 45-60 working days.
► If the order contains products with different delivery durations, items shall be delivered all together on the latest delivery date, or else upon request shall be delivered separately with additional delivery fees.
► Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are clear and wide enough for it to pass.
► Furniture handling is till the 4th floor with a wide staircase in order to guarantee product quality any additional floors there will be an additional fees applied 50 LE per floor/Item, maximum handling is till the 7th floor otherwise the customer is required to provide a lift at his own cost and under his supervision.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@malazhouse.com or Whats app, Chat with the Support Agent to raise the claim and reject the delivery.
